• Prevents Clamping Hands: Attic hatch cover uses a pneumatic hydraulic rod, as the rod telescopes, it can easily and silently open and close the manhole cover and keep it open at 90°, shock absorbing and silent to keep your fingers safe from injury；
• Egress Hydraulic Support Rod: You can flip the support to gently close the cover and close it slowly to prevent slamming that could injure your fingers. The support opens the cover at a maximum angle of 90 degrees.
• Easy Installation: Place the upper manhole cover on the hole base, then drill holes and tap in expansion screws to tighten. Put silicone structural adhesive around it (not included in the package) to make it more waterproof.
