Inspired by classic seafood dishes from your favourite bistro, join Chef Anne Hynes to learn how to achieve that perfectly caramelized golden crust on tender, succulent scallops—along with the refined techniques that elevate simple ingredients into a memorable evening of great food. In this class we will prepare Salmon Tartare with Baguette toasts; Seared Scallops with Beurre Blanc, Lemon Risotto, Asparagus; and end our evening with the decadent classic Crème Brûlée.
Wine is included in the price of class. 19+ Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
